Brown paper parcels, red cars

I almost failed to see the news item which reported that the FIA had turned down the appeal regarding Lewis Hamilton’s penalty at Italy.

We shouldn’t really be too surprised, appealing against anything that might overturn a decision in Ferrari’s favour is never a very good plan for success, and trying it in Italy has to be likened to expecting a snowball to win a bet in hell.

I won’t anyone’s waste time commenting further on it, but I do wonder how they’re getting on with the transport around Europe of all those plain brown paper parcels with red cars inside them, and if anyone has noticed how many of them there are out there at the moment?
